Enter the username or Malaysian phone number you registered with, followed by your account password. Make sure there are no unnecessary spaces and that Caps Lock is off when typing your password.
If you have enabled 2FA, a 6-digit OTP code will be sent to your registered phone number. Enter the code within 60 seconds to complete the login process with the added security layer.
After a successful login, you will be taken to your personal dashboard. From there, you can head straight to the games, check your balance, browse the latest promotions, or make deposits and withdrawals with ease.
9kme uses the same security infrastructure trusted by leading financial institutions. Every login session is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption, ensuring all data transmitted between your device and 9kme's servers cannot be intercepted by any third party. Your password, account information, and transaction details are always kept secure.
Beyond encryption, 9kme's real-time fraud detection system continuously monitors your account for any suspicious activity. If the system detects a login from an unfamiliar location or device, you will receive an immediate alert via SMS or email. This gives you peace of mind knowing your account is always under strict security surveillance.
While 9kme provides comprehensive security protection on the platform's end, you also play an important role in keeping your own account safe. Here are some best practices recommended to all 9kme members:
Over 70% of active 9kme members choose to log in via the mobile app over a web browser. And for good reason — the 9kme app, available for iOS and Android, offers a faster login experience thanks to biometric features such as fingerprint and facial recognition available on modern devices.
With the 9kme app, you will also receive real-time push notifications whenever there is a new promotion, a bonus credited, or any activity in your account. This ensures you never miss an attractive offer even when you are not actively using the app. Download the app from the App us today.
You may sometimes forget your password or encounter issues when logging in. Don't worry — the friendly, Malaysia-based 9kme support team is ready to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reach us via Live Chat available at the bottom corner of the page, or via WhatsApp for a quick resolution.
For a forgotten password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page and follow the simple reset process using your registered phone number.
